  • Hazeloak Solutions LTD will visit your property to perform a 3d scan, map utilities, and discuss the perfect placement for your Hazeloak.

  • All-in contract review

  • We'll review your detailed all-in contract with you. This includes a site plan, installation strategy, and the total cost for unit and site work.

  • Permitting

  • We'll develop the necessary permits for your project and submit them to your local jurisdiction.

  • On-site work begins

  • We'll prepare your property to install your Hazeloak, including foundation and utility work.

  • Installation day

  • Your completed Hazeloak unit will arrive to your home. Pack a picnic, invite your neighbors, and watch as your new prefab ADU flies through the sky and lands in your backyard. Don't worry—your dedicated Hazeloak Solutions LTD Project Manager will handle everything in just a few hours.
